When you arrive, we’ll make sure to get you seen as soon as possible. For your convenience, you can fill out your paperwork online and bring it with you to the office. If you haven’t already, you’ll be asked to fill out all the necessary paperwork. Once you’ve filled out these forms, you’ll be brought back to be examined by Dr. Crofoot. This visit will also include a set of X-rays and possibly a cleaning if appropriate. During the appointment, you’ll get a chance to speak one-on-one with our dentist about your needs.
